8. Undelivered Packages
If a package is undelivered due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, it will be returned to us. In such cases:
- The customer may need to pay additional shipping charges for re-delivery.
- If the customer requests a refund, the original shipping fee (if any) will be deducted from the refund amount.
9. Lost or Stolen Packages
Imran Pro is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as "Delivered" by the courier. Please ensure that someone is available to receive your order.
